Downloadable Cancellation Reports

Get a deeper dive into your cancellation data! You can now download a comprehensive report of all your cancelled bookings directly from the Reporting and Booking modules. It's never been easier to analyze and understand your cancellation trends.

How to access to this Report?

‍

  • Go to the Treemaps menu
  • Click on Transaction tab
  • Click on Cancellations button
  • Click on "Exports" and then "Exports transactions"

The file will be downloaded to your computer.
