Benjamin Hode grew up in Nantes and started his career in car rental as a seasonal vehicle preparation agent at Europcar. His passion for operations and vehicles led him through fleet management and project management roles before landing in revenue management, where he pioneered RM practices at Europcar Atlantique.
Benjamin then moved into consulting and founded WeBoost, where he helps car rental companies implement and outsource their revenue management strategies.
His career is defined by a hands-on approach, a willingness to learn from mistakes, and a genuine desire to share knowledge — whether through university engagements or innovative pricing experiments in the hospitality sector. Benjamin's story is one of continuous learning, adaptability, and a commitment to making revenue management accessible and effective.

Benjamin Hode started his career at Europcar Atlantique from 2006 to 2017, where he honed his skills in business intelligence, capacity management, and strategic pricing, catering to diverse Car Rental market segments.
Following this, he took on a pivotal role as the Revenue & Capacity Management Director at Europcar Mobility France's headquarters from 2019 to 2020. In this position, he was instrumental in driving profitable growth and streamlining the Car Rental business unit, while managing a dynamic team of 27 professionals.
Today, Benjamin has been applying his vast experience as an independent consultant and founder of We Boost, focusing on maximizing sales through Yield Management for companies in the hospitality, transportation, and Parking industries.
